What about Diebold?

In the weeks leading up to the midterm elections, I read lots and lots of moonbat posts about Diebold stealing the election. There were tons of them (read here, here, here, and here, among others).

So, where are all those lawsuits alleging voting fraud and voters being disenfranchised? Didn't the Democrats and Republicans have thousands of lawyers ready to file suit once Election Night was over? Why aren't Democrats suing? Did Diebold suddenly rig the machines for Dems this time?
I had a discussion a while back on another blog that hinged on when Democrats complain about voter fraud. The other person simply couldn't admit that Democrats only scream about votes not being counted if they don't win the election. This person tried to say that of course she was concerned about votes not being counted if they were Republican. I believed that about as much as I believed liberal blogs are so much more interested in free speech and debate, which is to say, not at all.

But maybe tomorrow they'll file those suits, right?
