Unemployment Edges Down .1%

Only 247,000 jobs were lost in July, but, hey, it's better than expected. Of course, try telling that to the half of all homeowners underwater by 2011, who can also expect higher taxes with all the Democrats' big spending plans. Eh, doesn't look so rosy then, does it?
